Expert baduk (go) player Tae-seok loses a high-stakes match to infamous underground gambler Sal-soo, and ends up framed for the murder of his own brother and wrapped up in prison. He vows revenge and trains. After viewing his eponymous sentencehe gets in touch with his brother’s prior partner»Tricks,» blind and invisibly master player»god,» and skillful junkyard owner Mok-su. Togetherthey begin formulating a strategy to get straight back in his men along with Sal-soo. Tae-seok gradually elevates circle and his gaming and eliminates Sal-soo’s men one .
